As Lineage2 originate from Unreal Tournament Engine, there are lots of options you can tweak.
However NC-Soft decided to encrypt their .ini and .txt files, which prevents a couple of useful mods.
This tool can decrypt and re-encrypt these files, but you should be aware of risking your account
in doing in so.

As you can see this program is a console application. There shouldn't be any hard time to use it though.
You'll only have to drag and drop whichever .ini/.txt file you want to decrypt onto l2decrypt.exe and
thats it. You can drag and drop multiple files at once.
As far as possible the application tries to decide on its on which algorithm is needed, if this can't be
done automaticly you're requested to make a choice. Refer to Misc.
